Third Epoch is an intriguing iPhone game that released right before the App Store freeze and engages your Han Solo fantasy in a big way. The developer describes the game as "an epic turn-based space strategy game of spaceships, discovery and adventure. Travel the stars, trade and earn resources, build fleets of ships, and take on missions to chart new phenomena and save planets." The developer has released a documentary (see it below) that explains the process of development, and the studio's rather big plans for the next five years.
